On Monday, August 11, 2008, painting will begin in the community.  The painting will take place as follows, weather permitting:

The painters may also continue their work on Saturdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Please move and store items of value on the patio before painting begins.  All grills, plants, pets, play equipment, etc., etc. must also be moved away from the back of the home to allow room for the contractors to work. If you have a lock on your patio gate please remove the lock.  If you have plants growing up to the back of the home, please pull back and tie away from the back of the home.  The contractors will try and do their best not to harm any plants but will not be responsible for any unavoidable damage.   The painting crew will be using your water and electricity and usage will be minimal.

COLOR

Front Doors: Black
Trim: White
Siding and Garage Doors: 3 Shades of a neutral "tan based" color
Back Doors: Same as the siding color

Paint is ICI brand of commercial paint.

Light Color - Desert Castle

Medium Color - Camel Tan

Dark Color - Deacon's Bench

The color placed on your building has been selected and approved by the Hidden Creek Board of Directors. The pattern was selected to give the community a fresh modern look. The same color
will not appear next to itself.
